Why The Embodiment Matters
As mentioned previously, the embodiment of this energy is what makes the difference between an ASCENDED and EXPANDED conscious Soul versus someone who is simply floating through their reality.
But let’s dive deeper into this concept.
All the physical matter of this reality consists of the same thing : energy.
And this energy is always being exchanged, transformed, upgraded or rearranged to create something else in our lives.
The same applies to the energetics of our being.
Our emotions, our mental state, our physical state and our spiritual state or the light body state which is the ESSENCE of energy.
If we are constantly ignoring something that is actually of our PUREST essence, then we are essentially dismissing the entirety of WHO we TRULY are.
The essence of energy, the essence of reality, the structure that CREATES structure ITSELF.

Foundations Of EMBODIED ENERGY
Embodied energy of the Soul essence and SOURCE energy is an ever infinite unfolding process and truly matters when you can consciously connect and SEE the energy in the moment.
It is a skill that is developed over time and even for myself it is something I still continue to learn and embody.
But with most foundational steps in the spiritual ascension journey is the ability to be AWARE of yourself in all scenarios.
Do these practices DAILY to begin your Energetic Embodiment Journey:
- Wake up in the morning & immediately check what thoughts you are thinking, watch them, allow them to flow and gently come back into the present moment to process them
- Stop yourself when you find yourself in a thought loop to return your embodied energy to yourself by counting to 10 out loud, then to 30 and then counting backwards from 50 at least 3 times.
- Before you go to sleep take a mental note of your day and see what thoughts you had the most during the day to see where your energy is traveling to the most
These practices will help create the proper foundation for you to hold the energetic space of your own consciousness to journey deeply into your ascended embodiment!
