Within our souls exist, a timeless, infinite, flow of energy and expansion.

We are light beings in a physical body, surrounded by a reality that is merely only a reflection of this infinite flow of energy within.

Our divine flow within shows us a lot of what our divine energy will bring, and create in this flow of reality.

The most aligned way to know how this energy is flowing and to embrace this power to create divine energy is by connecting to our own inner flow.

Connecting to our own internal flow is the energetic expansion of our infinite energy and our conscious awareness of it.

When we stay in the present moment, we are able to connect to this inner flow.

As we allow our energy to be present, instead of blocking our flow with living in the past or living in the future, we can connect to this infinite flow of energy within.

We are able to embrace our divine inner flow with cosmic alignment of the infinite present energy that is within us.

This connection to our own inner flow is what allows life to move in divine harmony.

And this inner flow also allows us to embrace our own divine connection with source energy.

Because source energy is infinite and sacred in the divine present moment.

This flow also naturally connects us to our own inner wisdom.

Moving with intentional, divine flow, brings us change and brings us purpose.

This is because we are connecting to our own divine wisdom within and aligning with source energy.

The change in our lives is inevitable, but the choices we make can direct these paths drastically.

So if we are in our flow states and embracing our own divine flow of source energy and wisdom within, we will make choices and decisions from this state of being.

Giving us more divine alignment into our purpose and soul contracts.

This divine flow within causes ripples in our reality.

Because with divine flow comes divine energy.

Having flow within means expressing flow outside of us.

Having divine flow within translates into divine flow of energy outside of us.

This looks like accepting change with trust, knowing your true purpose with love, seeing how life is flowing divinely in the direction of your highest alignment, and feeling energized with expansion that continues to ascend our consciousness.

Flowing with divine energy within is the natural embodiment of the divine feminine.

As we learn to accept our reality with divine inner flow,

We create less resistance and accept magic into our lives with more ease.

And since our lives are full of polarity and duality, we have been blessed to live with the energy of the divine masculine and divine feminine within us all.

Giving us the divine cosmic alignment to take masculine actions, and receive in divine feminine ways.

All of this is to say that the more divine flow within the more divine energy, you will experience.

And in this divine energy you will set yourself free from the illusions and live divine flowing alignment of your highest light consciousness.

To begin this journey of divine flow within, here are some divine Sadhana you may practice to bring divine flow within.

1. Body Flow

This is expanding your physical body in movement without resistance, allowing your body to flow in a way that feels in alignment in the exact moment you are feeling. Without judgement or control, simply connecting to your own inner flow.

2. Embracing The Water Spirit

Spending time in water or near bodies of water helps us embrace the natural flow of the universe and what Gaia has to show us. This physical alignment cleanses our soul as we consciously connect to the ebb and flow of what water can teach us.

3. Present Energy Mindfulness

Expanding into your infinite energy within and fully embracing it brings a divine flow awakening. Taking notice in your infinite presence and circling within your own expansive energy is another form of divine flow.

Using these practices will allow your soul and body to move into the states of divine flow so you can bring divine energy into your life.

You are worthy of receiving divine magic, fulfillment, purpose, and wholeness through the flow of your own infinite cosmic energy within.
