THE EGO

As we embark further into our Spiritual expansion and wellness journey, we are welcomed with different challenges and experiences.

Part of this experience is the natural challenge of our Ego and remaining in the lower vibrational cycles of it.

When we are in this lower cycle of the Ego, things can be distorted and out of Source Light consciousness. Making us further detach from the truth of our Soul essence.

Once we know how to navigate Ego with love, honor and divine respect, we can release the cycle for good. But it will take a fundamental understanding to get there.

Let’s begin this understanding now.

How the Ego benefits us

Contrast to popular belief, the Ego holds a great benefit to us when honored in the right alignment.

The Ego serves us to bring an opportunity of greater awareness within.

Without some aspects of the Ego, we could not experience this human reality in it’s fullest potential and embrace the soul lessons available.

It’s through this truth that the Ego can serve us as great teachers of expanding conscious awareness and spiritual development.

How the ego can hold us back

Like everything else in this earth, the ego has it’s polarity as well.

The ego can hold us back with the distortion and false awareness that our soul truly needs.

This in itself is a clear problem. Yet imagine a constant evolution of false awareness in our lives.

This would lead us to a false place of alignment, wholeness and divinity that can hurt us more than anything.

Where the ego cycle comes in

The lower vibrational ego cycle comes from this repetitive false awareness and distortion.

One where we continue to fill ourselves with this false alignment, perspective or expansion and wonder why things are still not making sense.

This cycle continues to expand into every single aspect of our lives. From our mental health, emotional health, spiritual health and energetic field.

When we are stuck in this cycle of the ego, we trap ourselves in a place with no real space for actual growth and development.

Where the Spiritual Ego Comes In

Another aspect of this is specifically around spirituality, where the ego around your OWN spiritual self is distorted.

This is where the concept of false light comes into play.

When someone is so trapped in a cycle of the ego that it has now reached their spirituality and has caused them to be in false awareness of it.

It’s a dangerous aspect that can keep someone from truly aligning with the fullest light of their soul self.

Does this mean you should kill the ego?

If I was explaining this 7 years ago, I probably would tell you that it is a great idea to kill the ego to not get caught up in all of this.

I even could explain to you the exact steps on HOW to experience the ego death you have been craving.

Yet the truth is, You DO NOT want to kill the ego.

The reason why is because the ego is what gives us the awareness, experiences, and EDGE to help us develop more.

This internal ego cycle offers you the ability to experience something even better – a death and rebirth.

Because instead of fully killing the ego, you can release aspects of it to welcome a new expansion within.

This process repeated over and over will cause great shifts into all aspects of your life, especially your own spiritual consciousness.

How to Release the ego cycle

Awareness

To begin the process of releasing the ego cycle, you must first become deeply aware of your patterns, thoughts and behaviors.

This will give you the insights you need to begin processing where the Ego is operating the most.

An easy way to identify where the Ego is operating is through closely watching how you get triggered in life.

Normally this happens because something within you is revealing the false awareness. So watching how your thoughts, behaviors and patterns react will show you where the ego exists the most.

Discovering The Truth

Once you hold this process of awareness and begin to track where your thoughts, behaviors and patterns show the most of your ego, your next step is to question everything.

Questioning your beliefs, behaviors and patterns will open up the opportunity to receive the truth behind.

This gets you in a deeper state of awareness and begin the process of releasing.

Allowing The Release

Opening up your consciousness to questioning everything begins the release process. Now it is only a matter of time until you fully uncover the truth and release what is false awareness.

This takes time and is the most unpredictable part of the process because it can vary between person to person on how this release can unfold.

But consistently questioning yourself and peeling back all the layers to get down to the ultimate SOURCE truth will bring the cycle of the ego to an end.

A practical method of this is to spend at least 20 minutes a day journaling out the specific area of your life where you notice the ego is in control the most and fully analyzing and processing each part of it.

Expanding Your Consciousness

Peeling back the layers of false awareness allows more space for true awareness and expansion. This leads to the expansion of your consciousness which will allow even HIGHER awareness to come in.

Embracing & Embodying What Comes Next

As your consciousness begins to expand and your awareness continues to grow, it is important to now fully embrace all of your new awareness and embody the awareness it gives you.

This process means nothing if you are not fully taking the embodied action in fully accepting the true awareness that comes in after releasing the cycle of the ego in certain parts of your life.

You’ll notice as you do this process that you will continue to discover more and more truths that will ultimately give you the ability to see where the ego is controlling you very easily.

This is how you expand deeply in your own spiritual growth and deepen the connections between your Soul because it is not being distorted by the Ego.

One step closer to your soul potential

Releasing the cycles of the ego will bring you one step closer each time to the Full potential of your Soul.
