A new chapter of deep Divine expansion
And ascension is available to you right now. As we step daily in our conscious reality, we are evolving.
It seems like now more than ever, there are an abundance of conscious souls ready to expand into higher realms of awareness.
This is the new earth. This is new expansion.
When I began my spiritual journey at 14 my main goal and purpose was to be genuinely happy.
The universe brought to me a way to begin this journey and for me this was Buddhism.
Following the Eight Fold Path and trusting the Four Noble Truths, I began to see life differently, act differently, and live in a different world completely.
From the depths of a dark depression and self harming to the magical bliss of pure happiness and excitement for life, I can surely say that I’ve accomplished my goal.
And as the years continue to pass, and I continued to expand more in this higher realm of conscious awareness, my soul gave me opportunities and guidance to continue my ascension even higher.
Now it’s ten years into my journey and I see this new earth, a new expansion growing rapidly.
I can see how our divine alignments are so different yet the path to Ascension holds a similar theme.
This theme is true devotion to our own source being.
Knowing that we are infinitely powerful, we are infinitely infinite in our energy and we are divine in our own sense of being.
From the physical to the emotional to the mental and to the metaphysical.

Knowing this truth of divine devotion to our own source selves, we can create miracles and magic and true Divine Bliss with the universe and source energy.
Since we all intertwine our divine energy with the source energy, we are able to create pure peace, bliss, and happiness.
Starting in this new expansion of spiritual consciousness and heightened awareness, brings an infinite amount of opportunities and challenges.
Because as you expand, things in your life also shift and this gives you more room for bigger lessons.
This has been some thing I’ve deeply notice during my 10 years of being on this journey.
And even seeing other souls express their own lessons as they ascend in their own expansion.
It’s important to welcome in this new expansion with Love because it’s part of our infinite energy to experience the human reality and all of its polarity.
This is our human reality
I’d love to share with you some of the divine expansions you can accept into your own heart to start your own ascension.
Meditation
Meditation must be one of the oldest practices for expansion and ascension of the soul and spirit.
The reason why is because meditation is the fastest and the most reliable way to discover your inner world.
Your inner world is what holds these high dimensional frequencies and energies that are not visible in the physical reality.
Of course, expanding in your inner world will eventually cause your external world to expand in heightened energy.
This is true for me as I started doing specific meditations that led me to be able to start seeing light beings of energy and auras.
But meditation is a personal divine alignment that is entirely in your favor.
Discovering your inner world is your own divine exploration
And it can look and feel different for every single one of us. What an exciting liberation of freedom!
Using guided meditations are a beautiful way to start getting comfortable in this world of your own.
But know that the true ascension lies when you can listen to a guided meditation and truly be transported in your own Divine right to higher dimensions.
Mindfulness
Mindfulness is another beautiful opening to the higher realms of consciousness and spiritual expansion.
Because during mindfulness, when you truly are present, you detach from the physical and tune in to the energetic.
Closing your eyes and simply being with your energy, time will fade away and so will your perceptions of the physical.
Even during waking life in the physical world, mindfulness can help you associate and become deeply aware of your physical reality.
This is very important during the path of Ascension because your physical body is what’s holding you in place as your mind and soul essence continue to ascend.
This balance is crucial during spiritual ascension and expansion. You need to understand that to be of divine light, you must also be rooted.
Energy activations
Energy activations is a divine way to receive light codes and energetic activations that will awaken parts of your soul and essence to the divine spiritual ascension.
These light codes can be transmitted through light language, energy work, or energetic channels or words.
When you receive these gifts of energy, the divine source energy within you awakens and activates to expand your energetic capacity and ascension.
These energy activations can come naturally to you through deep meditations or they can also be divinely received from someone with divine intentions of light.
