STEP BY STEP PROCESS
- Find a quiet place to sit still in silence or play soft frequency music
- Close your eyes and take deep breaths within and connect to the present moment
- Begin slowly inside of your mind repeating the mantra I AM SOURCE
- Continue to repeat this mantra in your mind and FULLY connect to it each time you say it (physically, mentally, emotionally CONNECT to these words)
- Continue this process until you feel a WAVE of lightness come through within
- Then slowly open your eyes with love & gratitude for the experience
BONUS – journal on any sensations, feelings, thoughts or emotions came up during this experience and ask yourself HOW it relates to YOU ARE SOURCE.
